The goal of this website is to give you information about Panic Attacks. I'm not a doctor, but I've had panic attacks myself until 2004 and I hope that the information on the website will give you some new insights.

I know how hard it is to want to do a lot of things with friends, family and people you love, only to be stopped by Panic Attacks or a general feeling of anxiety.

It was a dark period in my life.
