How to stop an anxiety attack with your
thoughts
When you're about to have an anxiety attack, a
panic attack or an hyperventilation attack, some
symptoms occur.
Symptoms vary, but can include: rapid heart beating,
shortness of breath, nausea, headache, nervousness,
being agitaded, floating (in your mind, a weird
feeling of lightheadedness).
When that happens, you have a choice. You can choose
between worrying about these symptoms, and an attack
will follow surely. Or you can take another approach.
